How to use:

1. Apply Top No Wipe on the chosen color and then cure for 30 seconds (we recommend rubbing it into a warm top coat);
2. Apply the powder using the applicator from the bottle;
3. Rub the powder with your finger or a silicone tool;
4. Seal the styling with a top coat and cure.
