  • Hailey Effect / pearl glass nails
  • Glass and pearlescent nail designs
  • Gel polish and gel manicures (applied on No Wipe top)
HOW TO USE
  1. Apply Top No Wipe MAKEAR on gel polish or gel and cure for 30 seconds. (The powder works best on a warm top.)
  2. Apply SFX Liquid Powder Hailey MAKEAR directly from the bottle using the brush.
  3. Rub in with a finger or applicator until the desired effect is achieved.
  4. Seal with Top No Wipe MAKEAR and cure again in a LED/UV lamp min. 48W.
