APPLICATION DIRECTIONS / METHOD OF USE:
- Wash and disinfect your and your client's hands. Put on gloves. Assess the condition of the client's hands and nails to make sure there are no contraindications to the treatment.
- Push back the cuticles with a hoof or stick and work them with a cutter, such as Cuticle 9, 1.
- Shorten the nails accordingly using a 180/240 or 100/180 gradation file.
- Use a 100/180 gradation buffer or mandrel with a 240 gradation overlay or cutters to thoroughly mat the plate: Diamond II or III.
- Clean the plate of dust with a brush, brush or compressed air.
- Saturate a dust-free swab with Cleaner No. 1 and thoroughly degrease the plate with it.
- Apply the appropriate primer (Acid Free Primer or Acid Primer).
- Choose the shape of the nail tips and adjust the appropriate size for each nail. Pay attention to the width of the tip - it should fit exactly to the sides of the natural nail plate, not too narrow or too wide.
- Apply a thin layer of your chosen base coat, e.g. Protein Base, and cure in the lamp (30 seconds in the MultiLed lamp).
- Cover the inner surface of the nail tip at the cuticles with Protein Base and apply it to the nail in such a way that, pressing it from the cuticles towards the free edge, move the base along the plate.
- Cure the base with the nail tip in this position in the Multiled lamp 60 seconds.
- If necessary, you can now shorten the nail or reshape the free edge, as well as work the area around the nail shaft, for example, with a Karbid 6 Multicolor cutter.
- Roughen the surface with a 100/180 gradation buffer and clean off the dust with a brush or compressed air.
- If necessary, clean the surface with a cotton swab soaked in Wipe Off Cleaner.
- Paint your nails with any color until full coverage is achieved, or apply the decoration of your choice. Cure each layer of product for 30 seconds in a MultiLed lamp.
- Secure the styling with a top coat such as Tip Top or Wet Look and put your hands in the lamp again for 30-60 seconds.
- Wait a minimum of 60 seconds for the top to cool down.
- If you have chosen a top with a sticky layer*, remove it with a cotton swab soaked in Shea Super Shine Effect Cleaner No. 3.
- To add even more shine to your nails, you can polish them with a dry cotton ball at the end.
*A top coat without a sticky layer does not need to be wiped with Cleaner No. 3 Shea Super Shine Effect. After waiting a minimum of 1 minute, you can apply your chosen Shea Elixir with keratin to the nail shafts.
TIPS/PROTIPS:
- If it's not possible to choose a perfectly fitting tip size, take the one that's a little bigger and file the sides to the right width with a file.
- Instead of covering the inside of the nail with the base, you can also apply a layer of base to the plate and only on it lay the nail in a rocking motion and cure it in the lamp.
- For the initial attachment of the tip to the plate, a small portable led lamp works great.
- You can attach the nail a little below the cuticles, if you fill this area with a base or builder gel.
- Do not wipe the tips with Cleaner 1, as it may affect their properties and durability.
REMOVAL
We recommend removing the styling with a cutter or file. Residues from the plate can be dissolved with Remover or acetone.
