The Noemi Solution 6% is used when tinting coarse or grey eyebrows. Thanks to its creamy consistency, it facilitates mixing and does not drip during application.

 

Directions For Use:

  1. Mix the colour in a 1:1 ratio until you get a creamy consistency.
  2. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients:

Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ceto Stearyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stannate.
