It's perfect for removing dispersion layer of top coats - doesn't leave it matte finish but at the same time, prepares the nail to be painted with various patterns.

 

Example:

After creating gel polish manicure according to Indigo guidelines, in the last stage, after curing, wipe the top layer with a cotton pad soaked with Cleaner Wipe Off and remove dispersion layer.

With help of Paint Gel, Sugar Effect or other nail art gels or acrylic paints create a design.

Cure it if it's gel or gel polish, then apply gel polish top coat to make the design durable and protect it design against wearing off.
